Saif Derzi, is the founder of SDGB properties and an award winning property investor, who recently wowed audiences when he discussed how he bought 194 houses in five years. Today, Saif has bought and sold over 220 properties - and counting! Saif will be giving a presentation on ‘How to Become a Property Trader in 2024’, where he will discuss how to scale property investments in the current market.

Laura Phillips, will discuss Serco's property acquisition for the AASC, emphasising what they offer to property owners.
“We are procuring properties for the AASC (Asylum Accommodation Support Contract). We onboard HMO’s and family properties throughout the North West, Midlands and East of England,” she says. “I look forward to discussing who we are, our aim and what we can offer you when we take on your property.
